Possession 9/10 of the Law ?

A reminder to folks holding possession rights to land in MC…Make sure you are registered with CODEVI in Villa Borinquen or Vivienda for Monte Carmelo…. it is your responsibility and it IS important!

VB titles are available. MC titles are rumored to be coming soon.  Raw vacant land could be claimed by these agencies, and title sold to someone else, so make sure you stake your claim if you have not already…and maybe check on it, even if you think you have….a word to the wise. And do not be afraid to negotiate the cost of your title! Consult with your lawyer for more info and advice.
